So, for those of you who actually read my shizz, I was doing well on the ABC diet about two weeks ago. Well, then finals hit and I started stress eating. Then I came home from college, and there was just FOOD GALORE. I gained back a bunch of weight. Wellp.. I’m back on track now. I am now at 171-172 ish. And my dream dress fits (see next picture). Mhm good shit. Now only about 30 more to lose.
Epic fail. WAY over 300 calories. But I stayed too long at the gym and I felt ill. I’d rather cheat than make myself sick. But I am still disappointed in myself… I did not need the chips/lemonade.
Breakfast: none

Dinner: Grilled vegetable wrap (338 calories), Jalepeno Chips (210 calories), and Pink lemonade (264 calories)
Total calories: 812
Exercise: Elliptical for an hour: -623 calories
Net: 189
